Our Team

  • Lindsay Riley

Hi, I’m Lindsay Riley—yoga teacher, wellness entrepreneur, and the founder of Breathe 2 Flow. My mission is to create space for movement, mindfulness, and community through yoga, wellness events, and intentional living.

With years of experience leading yoga classes and unique wellness experiences, I’ve helped hundreds of students each month reconnect with their breath, body, and inner peace. From intimate studio sessions to pig yoga events featured on WTNH and MassLive, I love making wellness accessible and fun for everyone.

Beyond yoga, I have a deep love for animals—especially my four rabbits. I’m passionate about supporting Every Bunny Counts, a rabbit rescue organization, through fundraiser yoga classes that help bunnies in need.

Whether you’re flowing on the mat, manifesting your dreams, or joining me in giving back, I’m here to support your journey toward balance and fulfillment.

Let’s breathe, flow, and grow together.

    See you on the mat!

  • Amanda Barta

Hi! I’m Amanda, teacher at Breathe 2 Flow Amanda discovered yoga through YouTube when she came across a Yoga With Adriene video, and she’s been hooked ever since. She appreciates how yoga helps foster a deeper connection with ourselves and provides a sense of grounding amid life’s challenges. Recently, Amanda completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Gayatri Yoga in Tenerife, Spain, where she studied Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. A mantra she resonates with is “Find what feels good,” from the Yoga With Adriene community, and she strives to embody this philosophy in both her personal practice and in encouraging others to explore what works best for them and their bodies. Outside of yoga, Amanda enjoys traveling, reading a good book, and baking delicious treats.

  • Kelly Healy ERYT-500, C-IAYT

Hi, I’m Kelly, teacher at Breathe 2 Flow

EDUCATION:  Kelly is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT)-500.  She completed her Master of Science in Yoga Therapy through Maryland University of Integrative Health in 2020.  She completed her basic yoga teacher training through Zenya Yoga Academy in 2017.  Fun fact: She was also a certified aerobics instructor “back in the day”.   She is also an Air Force veteran.

EXPERIENCE:  Kelly started teaching yoga in 2017.  She has taught in-person at yoga studios, CrossFit gyms, a martial arts academy, community centers, and VA hospitals.  She has been teaching online classes for corporations and two VA hospitals, in addition to performing one-on-one yoga therapy for VA patients since March 2020.

PHILOSOPHY:  Primary:  “If you can breathe, you can do yoga.”  Overall:  Yoga is a complementary program for all physical fitness activities and disciplines.  The asana (poses) promote flexibility and mobility, and the pranayama (breathing) promotes focus, calm, and self-discipline.
